Our bioplastic lids are made from 100% renewable resources, with a carbon footprint up to 75% less than conventional plastic. Fits our 12, 16, 24 & 32oz paper BioBowls. Certified industrially compostable.
- These lids are tree-free, made from Ingeo™ – a bioplastic made from plants, not oil.
- Bioplastics must be stored out of the direct sun and below 35°C. If stored correctly, they have a 12-month shelf life.
- Bioplastic does not have suitable oxygen barrier properties to store food for more than a few days.
- Our bioplastic cups and lids have a 12-month shelf life from the date of purchase.
