Our PLA clear lids are leakproof and suitable for cold food only. They are not suitable for the microwave or oven. Designed to fit our wider 500-1,000ml kraft bowls which are ideal for poke bowls, salad bowls and more. Certified industrially compostable.
- These lids are tree-free, made from Ingeo™ – a bioplastic made from plants, not oil.
- Bioplastics must be stored out of the direct sun and below 35°C. If stored correctly, they have a 12-month shelf life.
- Bioplastic does not have suitable oxygen barrier properties to store food for more than a few days.
- Our bioplastic cups and lids have a 12-month shelf life from the date of purchase.
